CUT-OFF DATES
Our reunion attendees are able to book their reservations starting at $169.00+ taxes/fees, until 30 days prior to arrival or until the hotel reaches 80% occupancy, whichever comes first. After that, guests will be offered the standard available rate at the time of booking.

The group rates are subject to the applicable Los Angeles city hotel tax currently at 14% Occ. Tax 1.5% Tourism $9.08 Facility Fee.  

There is no charge for additional guests or children when using existing bedding.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
The Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. 

The Sportsmen’s Lodge can accommodate early check-in and late check out requests on an individual basis, based on availability on the arrival and/or departure date. 

Early check in and late check out are not guaranteed.

If Early check in is required and needs to be guaranteed the company in this case, the guest must reserve rooms for the night before to guarantee early check in; no exceptions.  

For  convenience, the Front Desk Hosts will accommodate early travelers with the first room that becomes available, offer to store luggage and/or do all possible to make necessary late checkout arrangements.

HOTEL PARKING
Overnight Parking Rates are $25.00 per car.
